We loved staying in this place! The location was great, with easy access to public transportation since it was within the Free Tram Zone. We were impressed with the amenities, especially the room facilities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee-making equipment, free wi-fi in rooms, and a flat-screen tv. We also loved the terrace and the garden furniture, which provided a relaxing place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff were wonderful and attentive, and we appreciated the laundry service and tours/ticket assistance that they provided.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends without hesitation. It was a fantastic experience and we were extremely satisfied with our stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was excellent, with the entire place being looked super fresh. The hotel facilities were modern and well thought out, especially the well-equipped kitchen space. The showers with two shower heads were a luxurious treat. The bed was comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location in the heart of the city was perfect, with a tram stop right outside. This made transportation easy and convenient, especially since it was in the free tram zone.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a tram stop right outside and a shopping center and cafes within walking distance. The spacious room was another highlight, providing plenty of space to relax after a long day exploring the city. the staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any requests we had.

the lack of consistent room cleaning was disappointing, as the room was only cleaned once , despite being told it would be done on a specific day.

Upon arrival, we were really surprised with an immediate room upgrade. The beds were comfortable, and the motel's location was perfect, with shopping centers, cafes, and restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, offering a great view from the balcony. The modern facilities and easy tram access added to the convenience of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was small but well designed with a convenient kitchenette and sink. The bathroom was spacious with good counter space. Great location near District Docklands and within the free tram zone. Helpful staff and on-site laundry facilities.
